What? Tomato Marmalade? Yep – a favorite savory spread in the Mediterranean. The sweetness of beautiful, ripe tomatoes is balanced with just enough salt to make an incredible accompaniment to sandwiches, and this marmalade works especially well with cheese. Make this at the height of local tomato crop season, and it will keep for months.
